“Persons who use drugs count!”

On the occasion of the World Health Day, April 7th ( #WorldHealthDay), the organization “Diogenis – Drug Policy Dialogue”, continues its awareness campaign entitled “Persons Who Use Drugs Count”. This is the second of the selected international/world days the campaign will run through 2018.

“Persons Who Use Drugs Count” campaign, highlights and promotes the need to respect the human rights’ of an extremely vulnerable and marginalized population, reminding all of us that persons who use drugs do not lose their rights as citizens and human beings.
